Refund Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Orbital Whispers. We’re committed to providing you with high-quality news, analysis, and commentary on the satellite, telecom, and defense sectors. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, here’s how we handle refunds.
1. Digital Content Policy
All subscriptions to Orbital Whispers provide access to exclusive digital content. As per standard industry practice, and in compliance with EU consumer law and Paddle’s terms of service, digital goods are generally non-refundable once accessed.
That means:
- If you’ve logged in and accessed any subscriber-only article or content, your subscription is considered used.
- If you haven’t accessed subscriber content yet, and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we may issue a refund.
We want our subscribers to be satisfied, if something isn’t working as expected, please reach out and we’ll do our best to fix it.
2. Recurring Subscriptions
Orbital Whispers subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid unwanted charges:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at support@orbitalwhispers.com.
- If you were charged after forgetting to cancel, we may offer a discretionary refund if no content was accessed after the renewal.
3. Refund Requests
All refunds are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Email us at support@orbitalwhispers.com with your purchase email, order ID, and reason for the request.
- Or contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net and include your order information.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed, if approved.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse repeated refund requests from accounts with a history of abuse or frequent cancellations. Our team may also offer partial refunds or account credits in exceptional circumstances.
